We will gather together in San Francisco, California, one of the cooking meccas of the world for this meat, chicken, veggies and seafood wood-smoked filled BBQ Camp. Our young pit-masters will roll up their sleeves and learn about barbecue tradition, methods, and styles. Featuring our well known chefs from our popular Cooking Academy our young pit masters will be provided instruction with cooking and butchery demonstrations that will focus on the different types of meat, smoke, and spices used in the art of grilling and BBQ cooking. Your campers will also learn about barbecue history and regional differences. All of our food during camp will be sourced from local organic farms and ranches. BBQ camp is a hands on amazing experience with a maximum class size of 15 young pit-masters. Campers get to BBQ/Grill and eat all the food during camp each day!

Would you like your camper to cook all day? If you combo with our Cooking Academy then your camper will be taking cooking lessons from 9:00am – 12:30pm each day and then be transferred to BBQ Camp from 12:30pm – 4pm. Our young chefs will spend a week in our chef kitchen learning how to cook with fresh ingredients, learning kitchen safety, culinary fundamentals, enjoying great food, expanding their palates and making new friends!
